Is she cute or what?  

I prepped my paper with gesso.  Then I fussy cut a sheet of patterned paper from the SC Atlantic Collection, a sheet with all those circles.  I adhered the cut out with gel medium and outlined the circles with Neocolor ii crayons.  Using a watercolor brush, blended the color.  I misted the with Mr. Huey, added my photo and embellished with items from the Atlantic Collection.
